Qualified, or not billed

Your reps' time is the expensive part

We agree what a qualified buyer looks like before anything starts, and only book those. If a meeting does not meet the standard we set together, it is not on your invoice.

What it costs

Prove it first. Pay for it second

You are not buying our time or our activity. You are buying meetings with people who can sign. The pilot costs you nothing, and after it you pay per meeting held plus the modest cost of keeping the sending accounts and data running.

  • A free pilot firstWe run the first campaign at our cost. You read the replies before you commit.
  • No retainerNothing monthly for our time, whatever happens.
  • You pay per live meetingAn agreed price for each meeting a real buyer attends.
  • Plus the running costsThe sending accounts and data the campaign needs, charged at cost.
  • No-shows are not billedIf they do not turn up, it does not go on the invoice.
  • Yours at day 180We install it in-house and train your team to run it.

Free quote

Get a free quote and ROI estimate

Answer four questions to see what hitting your meetings target would be worth. Send it over and we will come back with a price in writing.

Your estimate

01.How many meetings do you want over the next 6 months?

02.What is your monthly budget?

03.What is a customer worth to you?

$

Total revenue from an average customer, not the first invoice.

04.Roughly what share of meetings turn into customers?

What that is worth

One meeting is worth, on average

$4,000

20% of $20,000 — before you pay anything for it.

Meetings over 6 months

Whatever we quote per meeting has to come in under $4,000, or it is not worth doing. That price depends on who you are going after and how hard they are to reach, so we work it out by hand and put it in writing.

How it works

How a meeting ends up in your calendar

You approve who we target and what we say. We do the rest, and you hear from us when there is a meeting booked.

  1. The pilot

We run the first campaign free

One call to agree which companies are worth talking to, then we build the list and write the messages. The pilot runs at our cost, so you can judge the replies before committing to anything.

    01 / 04

  2. Then

    You pay per meeting held

An agreed price for each meeting a real buyer attends, plus the small running cost of the accounts and data behind it. No retainer, and no charge for a no-show.

    02 / 04

  3. Ongoing

    Meetings appear in your calendar

We answer every reply, book the people worth meeting, and hand your team a conversation that is already under way. You approve the messages and turn up.

    03 / 04

  4. Day 180

    We install it in-house

Now that it is proven, we set the whole thing up inside your business and train your team to run it themselves. You keep the lists, the accounts and the playbook.

What your team gets

Everything lands in your calendar and your pipeline

Out of office, wrong person, not right now, no thanks — we handle all of it. What reaches your sales team is a confirmed meeting with someone who wants to have it.

What you keep

After 180 days, we hand you the keys

The lists, the messages that worked, the accounts we send from and the process behind them are all yours. After 180 days we hand the whole thing over and teach your people how to operate it. If you walk away, it keeps running without us.

Month six: handoverYours to keep

What you can see

You can check how it is going without asking anyone

Questions

Before you book a call

What counts as a qualified meeting?

Someone at a company that fits what you sell, senior enough to make or strongly influence the decision, who agreed to the meeting and attended it. We set those rules with you in writing on the first call, so there is nothing to argue about later.

How quickly does it start?

Everything on our side is already running, so the wait is list building and you approving the messages, not months of setup. Most clients are live within a couple of weeks and see the first meetings shortly after.

What do I actually have to do?

One kick-off call to agree who we go after and what we say, then approve the messages. After that, turn up to the meetings. We handle every reply, including the ones that go nowhere.

What happens after 180 days?

We install the whole thing inside your business and train your team to run it themselves. The lists, the messages that worked and the accounts we send from are all in your name and stay with you, so nothing stops when we do.

We already do outreach in-house. Does this get in the way?

No. We run on a completely separate set-up from your own email, so your main address is never exposed to cold volume. Most in-house teams keep the warm and inbound side while we carry the cold.

A meeting with the wrong company is worse than no meeting at all.

Tell us what you sell and who buys it. We will tell you what it would cost to book the meetings you want, and whether we think it will work.
